We are holding a Summit (Diaspora to Development: A Global Summit of Filipinos in the Diaspora) for Overseas Filipinos. Maybe this website can help us promote the summit.

I'm from the Commission on Filipinos Overseas and I would like to ask if we can post the announcement on this site. What is the procedure just in case?
