Sending Money To The Philippines From Australia

The best way I found was to get a prepaid, reloadable Woolworths Everyday mastercard. Leaving it in the Philippines, I could reload it by billpay. The only fees were $1 a month and 200 PHP per withdrawal when using an ATM to withdraw.

I wonder if you can use Mastercards to get cash out at big shops like in Australia and so avoid the ATM fee?
